Great! Wonderful, spacious open floor plan & outdoor space

5 of 5
We stayed for 3 weeks in December 2017 and really enjoyed this home. The open design of the kitchen, eating, and living area was perfect. The master bedroom and bath were spacious, and there was a nice big walk-in closet. The home had everything we needed -- pots and pans, dishes and silverware, etc., and plenty of towels, including several big comfy pool towels. We really enjoyed the outdoor screened in space. There was plenty of comfortable covered and uncovered seating. The pool and hot tub were easy to control. The houses are pretty close together, but the backyard view is forested and there's landscaping to offer privacy around the pool area. The fire table was great on chilly nights, and we were able to sit there very comfortably to watch the Geminid meteor shower. This is a gated community that's still being built, but this particular road is complete, so we didn't have to worry about construction too close by. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. We played golf at Magnolia Landing which is right down the street, and also at Heron's Glen which is just to the north -- both very nice full-length courses. The area is a bit remote for our liking -- the nearest big retail area with lots of recognizable restaurants and stores is about 15 minutes away. There is a grocery store closer (less than 10 minutes), but not much else.
