              Well kept and clean.

This property was great and we will defiantly be back. Well kept, quiet and close to the beach. The management was great too. We had a minor issue while we were there and they were very responsive and we didn’t miss a beat. Thank you for a great getaway!

Clean, convenient, comfortable :) unhappy w/HomeAway rep

              4 of 5
I was originally looking for a simple motel room, but ended up booking this little condo when the Island Inn was already full. Very clean, fresh (carpet, paint, etc seemed new) comfy bed (hard to find most times), easy walk to the beach and restaurants, parking underneath, ample room in the bathroom for our "stuff", even had an elevator and some carts if you felt the need to use it. We only needed one bedroom, but if you do need two, note that the main one is a full/queen, just fine, but the 2nd is bunk beds, so adults might not want that. I hadn't noticed that in the description, but maybe I missed it. Only negative was with HomeAway, I felt like there are a lot of "fees". The condo was $99/night off season, very reasonable, but with all the fees, my total was $364.95... $39 of which was an additional travel insurance from a company called CSA, that the HomeAway person sold me unnecessarily. I called CSA to inquire and canceled it within the appropriate time frame, but I still haven't received my $39 back, so I will be calling again in the next 24 hours. Unethical and not helpful on the phone.
