Beautiful lake home!

5 of 5
Plenty of room for our family with four spacious bedrooms. So nice to have a king sized bed as one of those. Loved the little screened in deck. Very private, almost like we were the only ones on the lake. We were amazed at how calm the lake was most of the time--perfect for pontooning and kayaking. Great area for the fire pit, where we enjoyed a couple campfires, roasting hotdogs and s'mores. Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

Warm and welcoming

5 of 5
We were very pleased with our accommodations. This cabin was clean and spacious. Mark and Vickie answered our questions prior to our visit. The walk down to enjoy the river was wide and well-groomed. A little fishing was attempted there, but the mosquitoes were a bit pesky. We enjoyed travelling to Bayfield to pick blueberries and raspberries. Our visit to Copper Falls was a day well spent. A great trout stream was located near Park Falls, and a few antiques were obtained to re-purpose into a table. There were kayaks available for our use, and we found a quiet lake in an off the road national park to spend a few hours paddling about. We returned to that welcoming cabin in the late afternoons, enjoyed dinners in the large and well equipped kitchen, and in the evenings placed a fire in the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make pudgy pies. I believe the warmth and comfort you will find in this cabin comes from the "just a little touch of Christmas magic" and well chosen antiques that Mark and Vickie have sprinkled about. Relax and enjoy.
