Our family of 4 (two kids, two adults) stayed in this homestay for a few weeks this June. It was an excellent home base for our epic Peruvian vacation.
A few thoughts for those considering this VRBO:
It is a large apartment, and can certainly easily accommodate more people.
Dayana/the on site host, was very approachable and responded to all our questions. Any concern we had (low propane, etc) was promptly and quickly resolved.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we all slept well.
It was located in a neighborhood away, but accessible from the main tourist/Plaza area. This was exactly what we wanted for an authentic experience of life away/vacation. We choose to walk downtown most days (about 1/2 at a leisurely pace), but you could catch a taxi or bus for a few soles. Some tourist needs (money changers, etc) are only downtown, but all routine needs (food, basic supplies, etc) are in close walking distance.
There are indeed two full bathrooms. At times the hot water was closer to tepid than hot, but there was always at least a not-freezing option.
The kitchen is fully functional although, other than the fridge, there is not really food storage. This was in line with the shopping around us and seemed more of a cultural shift (A departure from our American-stock-up-for-14-days-at-a-time approach).
There were plenty of little markets for routine supplies, lots of great food nearby, and it was easy to maintain our food/needs with just a bit of forethought.
Overall this was a spectacular site, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
