Our family rents vacation homes often and this one is probably the best equipped we've seen. Last week we rented multiple units for our group of 17. After looking at other units our friends and family stayed in, we definitely got the best one with this unit. Each unit is individually owned and has its own perks. It has many extras that a tourist can't travel with easily. Our biggest mistake was shopping before arriving to the condo. The owners have house keeping keep supplies that the next person could use. Condiments, sun screen, beach towels, bugoff are things we bought and didn't need. We did replace items that we used heavily. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, fins, and lots of floaties that went to multiple beaches with us. I wouldn't count on everything being there but I would highly suggest checking in before shopping. This unit has great views and a super easy walk to Magic Sands Beach! We were blessed to witness why they call it Magic Sands. The all sand beach disappeared over night with a high surf advisory. The change was incredible. We never made it to the pool area because the beach is just as close. Can't wait to return and hope this unit will be available when we do. After multiple vacations to Maui, Kona is our new favorite!

We enjoyed how close the shops and beach where to our rental. The home owner was very quick to reply back to us if we needed anything. Most the neighbors were really nice and welcoming. One neighbor did yell at our kids for being to loud in the pool. The unit did not have air conditioning (was not advertised) we assumed it would have an AC unit. So for us it was way to hot during the day and at night. My husband and I did ask the homeowner if we can purchase an AC to put in the master bedroom. We were told no due to the cost of electricity. For us an AC unit would be worth an extra $10 a day to cover the cost just to cool off from the heat. The website did advertise cable TV but when we arrived there was internet TV.. Roku and Netflix so we had to go to a resturaunt to watch a football game. Overall our stay was fun and the pool was really nice for us to cool off. We would defently rent this place again if there was an AC unit added.
