We were in the area for work. We booked the property as there were no hotels in Ten Sleep, and no hotel availability in nearby towns. There were no specific instructions prior to checking in, and our GPS did not recognize the address listed on VRBO and led us to the fish hatchery where there was no cell phone reception. Fortunately the staff at the hatchery kindly let me use their land line to call Katie who is listed as the owner of the home. With her help we were able to find the house. The 4 bedroom home was just like the photos on VRBO and was spacious with new furniture and bedding. The big kitchen was great to cook in with plenty of cookware and dishware. The bedrooms were comfortable. It was nice to have the new big washer/dryer to do laundry. We had issues with the Internet and was without any Internet, WiFi, or TV for the majority of our stay. Paul who was the property manager (?) worked very hard to sort out the issue as well as assisting us with getting a few missing amenities (hairdryer, cutting board). The house was pretty clean but had many dead bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen area. Overall it was a pleasant experience and my colleagues enjoyed their stay as well. Since there were no other reviews and the house and furnishings looked new, I'm assuming the house is new to VRBO. Hopefully the owners will leave instructions (directions to the house, WiFi info, trash info, etc) for future guests for a smoother stay.
