We stayed at this condo for four nights in June 2019. We wanted to do both a beach experience at Folly beach and be able to get into Charleston on couple of days to experience that city. If that is your goal, this is the place for you. Though not a negative for us, here is something you should know. You have to climb four flights of stairs to get to the condo. We needed the exercise, so no problem. Second the living room area is small and there is no dining area. That did not bother us, we ate out for every meal. There is, however, a well stocked full kitchen. If these things aren't an issue for you, then this is a great place. A superior balcony that seats four comfortably, a cool, nice view of the low-lands and the nature contained there in, three bikes for your use, four very nice beach chairs, extra beach towels, comfortable beds, great shower water pressure, and three nice TVs round out the condo. The owners are super responsive. You are 1.1 mile from Folly beach, about 13 miles to the French Quarter in Charleston and surrounded by fantastic food (The Bohemian Bull on Folly Road is a must!), plentiful golf (we did not play this time but may go back just to golf) and fantastic historical landmarks of both the revolution and civil wars all around you. We travel often and found this experience a great one, assisted by this condo's layout and location.
