We came to the area for the Cooperstown Dreamspark experience. We were late finding reservations since the team was a new team for us and another family that stayed with us. We found this nice cabin in Worcester and Steve, the owner, was very easy to work with. If you're coming to the area for baseball, the cabin is approximately 40 minutes from the Dreamspark. This is a secluded cabin, we didn't see a single vehicle or person while we were at the cabin. It sits just inside the wood line of a large field that you could watch deer and turkey at about any given time. It's in the country so plan your grocery/meals ahead of time. If you like seclusion, peace, and quiet than this is a good choice for you. We found the cabin clean and we'll stocked. The only "cons" I'd mention is that there is no clothes washer/dryer and there is no garbage pickup. You have to haul your trash away. But these are both noted in the description of the property so it shouldn't be a surprise. The NY State countryside was absolutely beautiful and completely changed my opinion of how beautiful this state is (being I'm from the Southeast US).
