  • It is lovely and well located and clean. It's a tad smaller than it appears. Gd for couple w/ 1 kid

This condo is in a perfect location with wonderful views and is well appointed through small. Since the location at Copper Center has few restaurants (take out exists), we did a lot of cooking and all the needed cookware was right there. We enjoyed it --- and hot tub was nice added extra. Building is clean too -- well kept and other than a small exercise facility (tiny), we were pleased. Fireplace in apt. was great --- so was deck. And, well kept. Good group of games and videos too. And ice skating is right there --- as in right there.

  • Warm home-like feeling in this well-appointed 2BR 2BA with 4th floor ski run Views

Our family had a wonderful stay at this private condo in the Copper Springs Lodge for our son's wedding, it really does feel very homey! We especially loved the art and decor, the view of the East-Village ski slopes, the fireplace, and really well-stocked cupboards and drawers. Seriously there were 3 different coffee makers on the counter: an espresso maker, a Keurig, and a Mr. Coffee. To give you an idea of their thoughtfulness, the owners even placed portable fans in each BR which I personally love to use for white-noise to sleep. The beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable and had more pillows than we knew what to do with. And since we were getting ready for a wedding, the iron and ironing board in the closet were a life-saver. On the 2nd floor of this building is a billiard area to shoot a game of pool and a gym to workout. We weren't brave enough to try the jacuzzi out the front of the main entrance to the property, although the water was steaming. Since we were able to visit the condos belonging to other wedding guests, this property was head-and-shoulders in quality above some of the others we saw. One thing to consider, if you are coming here with a family, and 420 is not your thing, you will really appreciate the "no-smoking anywhere" in this building rule. Walking thru other buildings in other locations - the smell could be quite pungent and lingering. Right across the street from the rear entrance is Copper Station, JJ's Tavern, and the tubing hill. Walk out the rear doors of the property and directly across the street is the bus stop for the free - "Copper Loop" - Shuttle bus (look for that sign in the windshield) it runs several times an hour and will drop you at the loop in Center Village. No need to drive or do the 15 minute walk through the snow to Center Village. All-in-all this is a place where we were able to create a cherished memory and would not hesitate to stay again!
