Great communication with Bernie before, during and after our stay at 39 Biltmore Loft. My wife and I rented the loft apartment and our friends from North Carolina rented his other unit at the back of the same building. Very convenient for our New Year's Eve celebrations ,but we both had privacy. Our loft was very spacious and our location for group meals, board games and cocktails before heading out on the great nightlife in Asheville. Great appliances, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and lots of comfortable seating in the living area for games and football watching on a nice flat screen. It even included a very nice rocking chair. We were very close to many of the best restaurants, craft shops, microbreweries and bars in Asheville. So nice to have a reserved parking spot on New Years Eve in the middle of all the activity. If you are going to Asheville and want a great apartment 39 Biltmore Loft is the place.

Great location that is very walkable to many shops and restaurants, and the porch is great for relaxing and watching the happenings of downtown. The bed is also comfortable, and the window-less bedroom away from the noises of downtown helped us sleep soundly. Check-in and check-out was very easy and clearly explained in advance. The lack of parking is a drawback, and common with downtown properties, but that is clearly explained in the property description. The garage a few blocks away helps, but it is an extra $20/day and may be at capacity on busy weekends. Overall, this was our second time staying at The Altamont, and we would definitely stay there again!
