Good enough rental unit. Indoor pool was key to keeping the kids busy during the AL "winter" (aka rainy season).
10yo liked her loft. Younger brothers envied her perch. Layout was optimized for giving everyone somewhere to sleep -- and go outside for entertainment.
Unit shows its years of renting. You don't feel like you're walking on eggshells with kids in someone's pristine paradise.
After booking on vrbo, the owner asked for email with signed contract, driver's license, and credit card photo. Sending CC to someone's email is an internet 101 no-no. Owner should use the insurance and deposit options on vrbo. That's what we pay vrbo for - no owner payments. Owner did accept details of vrbo purchased damage insurance instead of CC. Also there is a $20 "ticket" you need to buy for association to process your arrival.
Not all is well with association. Apparently there are 3 associations with everyone claiming some turf. The "dome" pool seemed to be off limits for us -- so no indoor hot tub. Not sure where those hot tub pictures were from, but the only hot tubs we saw were outside. The elevator in the building is being replaced as of Dec 18, so be prepared to carry anything you bring up stairs to 3rd floor.
Despite the issues we would return. It was priced well, we had a good time, and drive-able from Chicago area.
