This location is one of a kind and although we were not lucky enough to see the sea as it was super foggy the days we were there, the remote location, the quaintness of the town and the comfort of the bungalow, provided us the perfect trip to the area. The local Cafe and fresh water fountain added some local culture and convenience. I would recommend bringing some food to make breakfast and some bottles of wine. We started a fire, played cards and enjoyed the few nights without WiFi.
I would arrange a specific time to meet to pick up the key. We thought we would be able to call/text the host when we arrived but were unable to because of our service, which made this process a bit trickier than it perhaps needed to be if we had a contingency plan.
Located near the Palace of Pena, Castle of the Moors and Quinta da Regalera and our personal favorite, Praia da Ursa - an amazing hike down to a small secluded beach.
We had a wonderful stay!
