It's a nice enough house but it is in serious need of at least one king size bed! Sleeping in the very hard queen size bed with my husband was uncomfortable to us since we are quite used to having some room. The other bedrooms had a double bed and twins. I have been involved in furnished rentals and it is the little things that count.
The back sliding doors don't slide easily at all and need attention. The sheets and towels need upgrading. Not one single wash cloth was provided so you better bring your own if you want to get clean. Don't forget to bring bath soap, dishwasher soap, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper!
The toaster was broken on one side. A wooden paper towel holder has the top broken off. The refrigerator makes some serious noise and the washer only fills up halfway for an "extra large" load. A very large bird of paradise palm is about to burst through the screen of the back porch and should be taken out. It blocks the nice view of the lake as well.
We did not even use the pool because it was cold out and we were only there for 3 days but it looked clean. Plenty of nice enough patio furniture was provided too. I was a little surprised to find that over $100 in foreign exchange and "authorization" fees for my payment were charged on top of the initial rate so be aware of that. Also, they don't mention the $100 cleaning fee in the initial blurb about the place so tack that on. Not shocking, but it's only in the "fine print".
I was also surprised that they wanted us to put all the dishes in the washer before we left and the towels etc. in the wash. This is when I found out it only fills up halfway.
If you want people to leave your property while "water appliances" are going on their own, you should make sure they are newer and more reliable I would think.
Having said all this, it was a lovely house in a pretty nice neighborhood and close to all the attractions of Disney, International Drive etc. It wouldn't take a whole lot of money to add some nicer touches and make this a 5 star property that one would want to return to again and again.
