This beautiful house was our home for 8 days, and I actually cried when we left. Our kids live in LA, so we wanted someplace to get together and relax as a family. We played tennis on the fantastic court, we swam in the boulder-decorated pool as we listened to the sound of the waterfall, we talked and soaked in the hot tub, we lounged in the shady part of the deck during a heat wave, we sprawled on unbelievably comfortable couches in the family room while we watched movies on a giant TV, we cooked meal after meal on the gas BBQ and in the dream kitchen, then we all fell asleep in beautiful bedrooms on crisp sheets. The master bath is a work of art but, like everything else in this beautiful house, thoughtful and comfortable. The house was spotless on arrival, and we could have hired their cleaning staff for extra days if we wanted. KC, the realtor, was a godsend, and she made the rental a breeze. In addition, she provided us with a wealth of information about the area that was invaluable. She went way beyond the call of duty, and dealt with one or two tiny issues (such as: how do I turn on the hall light?) immediately and completely. She's a complete pro! We arrived to a delicious welcome basket and flowers. This place is MUCH better than any hotel, much better for a family or even just a couple. I know that writing such a glowing review means I might not get the house next year. I have to write this, however, because this house, their staff and KC deserve the praise. Hopefully we will return next summer.
