Let's start off with we had a wonderful time here. The elephant in the room is two issues. #1 The driveway/access road. There is a short access road leading up to the their actual driveway. Immediately there is a drainage at the beginning of the access road with no culvert but a shallow ditch. If we had brought our sports cars this would have been a huge issue. Further up there was a rough rutted area from runoff. Yes this is a hilly area and I too live in a hilly area with gravel driveway. It's called proper maintenance. You are offering this as a rental property and this is a known issue. It's the property owners obligation to maintain their access, not to act surprised and claim it's an act of God out of their control. Run a grader box across the driveway on a regular basis, you know when it rained and will need attention. #2 exterior gave me a startle when I pulled up. Unfinished trim and the decking is in dire need of pressure washing and stain. Beautiful view off the upper deck until you look down and see all the rotting construction debris laying below the house. On the great side was the interior beautiful and clean. On the downside is all the notes on the walls warnings of losing your deposit, really??? I'd give you a hundred dollars not to see some crappy sign threatening me every were I looked. Nice place but owners need to step up there game to make this a wonderful place.
