  • Absolute Gem!
    5 of 5

We have the best memories from our time here! Party of 14 stayed so comfortably for a week, we cancelled all but one day of plans elsewhere on the island. Seriously, this house is an absolute gem! Super clean and plush everything... gorgeous inside and out (nothing is outdated btw)... you'll sink right into abundant pillows, beds, towels, interior furnishings, even the patio chairs! It's also wonderfully stocked with everything you can think of: kitchen gadgets, spices, dishes, beach towels, great bath soaps, double all appliances! Whatever you need, it's there. We easily whipped up two or three meals for everyone, every day... the stoves, ovens, grill, etc. are all really nice, with a grocery store just a few minutes down the road. Beautiful landscaping with a ton of swaying coconut trees backed up to a surprisingly large swath of beach… we saw super cool giant snails, several turtles, and countless rainbows over ever-changing water colors… oh, and the neighbors are actually pretty awesome too! Of course, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out on the property, but you won't want to! We spent our days spilling in and out of the house, lounging on the lawn, meandering back and forth to the beach at the end of the yard… spent our evenings with long meals and conversations by the pool, watching incredible sunsets! while listening to the ocean waves roll in with lots of love and laughter. What a priceless gift this place is … thank you so much for sharing your home with us Keith, we can’t wait to visit again soon!

  • Choose Kula over Lahaina!
    4 of 5

If you enjoy quiet times away form the crowd, Kula Villa is the place to stay! It it beautiful, comfortable, and you will enjoy the best view in all of Maui. The villa is nicer than depicted on the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable linens, a beautiful lanai, lots of storage for your luggage and a great host. The fridge was filled with basic condiments, which made cooking easier, along with the A-class barbeque. Last time we were in Maui, we stayed in Lahaina, but found Kula more enjoyable and more relaxing. One small caveat: be prepared to live with geckos (and their droppings), as there are plenty of them.
