This is a smart condo building above the Bell Center, close to the center of town. At $390 per night (plus fees), its in the higher end of price options, so expectations were high. PROS: Great location, with Metro stop beneath building, supermarket and coffee across the street. Stylish modern building, with fitness center, and outdoor pool. Agency staff were helpful with minor issues checking-in. Clean on arrival. CONS: There are some inaccuracies in the description; not 39th floor (we were on 21st), no indoor pool (or if there is, nobody could find it). The sofa bed is just a pull-out trundle that could only fit a small child. The sheets, pillows, furnishings are basic Ikea; fine for a few nights, but not comfortable if there for long stay. That would not be my expectation at a rate of $390 per night. The photos make it look deceptively spacious. We had to drive to center of town to pick up keys and car park access, then drop them back before we left.

  • Very nice Apartment but..

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well located. The only problem was the first day of my entrance the #key they gave did not open the front gate of the building at 1.00 am, time I arrived from airport. I have to wait freezing outside, almost 1 one hour, by luck a neighbor got out and I got inside where the saftey deposit has the key of my apartment, with the right #key. On my emergency The 24 hour phone of the owner never answer, it was from an office.
