  • Great Location

We had a super stay at this apartment across the street from Piazza Navona. Three double beds, two bathrooms, kitchen. Great for our family. Man who checked us in was super helpful and kind. I found it strange that we were informed at check-in that a plumber was coming on Saturday morning at 10am. Not that big a deal, but I deal with plumbing issues at my own apartment and I didn't expect to be dealing with same (even just a plumber/technician visit) when I was in Rome for a weekend. Small issues: No sheets for sofa bed that we were going to use for Saturday night and Saturday morning we did not have hot water for a shower. I contacted owners/management company, and they took care of both for us on Saturday while we were out. Again, not big deals, and we had a good stay, and it would be more professional for these things to be taken care of when the maintenance charge is an additional 89 euro on top of total paid for two nights of stay. Great location and nice apartment.

  • What's not to love?!

I stayed in this charming apartment New Year's/Epiphany Week with my three young adult children ages, 24, 21, and 16. I shared the ample sized master bedroom with my 16 year old daughter, my 24 year old son had the second bedroom, and my 21 year old son, who was not with us the entire time, used the sofa bed in the living area. We were not at all cramped or short of space. Well kept and well equipped, this apartment had everything we could have hoped for. Centrally located, we had a bakery across the street (which we ate at often), a cafe next door, as well as a salumeria with a wonderful restaurant in the wine cellar, and anything else you could imagine at our fingertips. Steps away from Campo de' Fiori and within 25 minutes walking to Vatican City or the Colosseum as well as any other tourist destinations. Literally in the center of everything! Andrea was patiently waiting for us when we arrived as we had a rough trip from the airport on New Year's Eve and he still took the time to explain everything to us. I miss this apartment and beautiful Rome so much and would love to return and stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in La Casa Dei Marmi!!
