  • The condo is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and only experienced a few inconveniences.

Overall, this condo is really nice. We booked this one to be in the same building with my daughter's family. It is beautifully decorated, as pictured. The furniture, in all of the rooms, is comfortable. The unit was very clean. There were a few negatives, that we experienced. The balcony is extremely tiny. The bar height table and 4 chairs fill it up. The 2 tall chairs, right up against the railing, on the 7th floor, are very dangerous for small children, which was a concern for our family, having a 4 year old with us. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and glasses. But, it needs a couple more metal pans for cooking, especially a pizza pan. Also, we couldn't find a wine bottle opener. They need to stock some replacement lightbulbs, if housekeeping is not going to be sure to check them. The dining area was very dark due to several bulbs being out. Upstairs, in the bedrooms, we had some personal issues.( Lol...this is all G-rated!) The mattresses on the bed, in the master bedroom, are very high. I have back problems and I'm only 5'2" tall. I had to use an ottoman in the room, to get on and off of the bed. Tricky getting off of it, in the middle of the night, without a light on. The ceiling fan and light are not a comfortable height above the mattresses! They, also, wiggle and shake terribly, when turned on! I love to sleep with the fan on, but was scared of this fan. It needs to be replaced with one that mounts flush with the ceiling and needs to be balanced properly. The bedroom is beautiful and has plenty of floor space. Through the floor to ceiling windows, the beach view is GORGEOUS! In the other bedroom, the length of the queen size bed, with the headboard and footboard, is much to long for that teeny space. There MIGHT be 12 inches of space for a person to squeeze through, to get to the other side of the bed and to the other closet. My 82 and 88 year old parents were in that room. My mom is a small lady, thankfully, so she was able to turn sideways and make it to the other side. The photos of this room do not show how tiny it is. My parents said the bed was comfortable. The 2 bathrooms upstairs are very small. There is a table in one, that is not needed and takes up walking space right at the doorway. The other bathroom, in the master bedroom, is the smallest of the two....very sink and one regular sized bathtub, with a toilet squeezed in between....not a luxurious, master bathroom.
