What a nice property in a charming village. It is cozy, but it has everything I needed. The kitchen had everything. I really love those British teapots that boil water in 15 seconds. Thoughtfully, James or Neil left a nice box of Shortbreads and milk in the refrigerator and paper towels (Americans can't live without paper towels).
Each morning I took a cliff walk in a different direction. Probably 1/2 miles to the coast in West, East, South directions.
I had a long day of travel to get to the property. I started in Greenwich and it was 5 hours across London and to Gatwick where I picked up my car. Then it was 6-7 hour drive to Lizard. Well, I knew I would arrive late so I didn't want to spend a lot of time searching for the place (probably after dark). No street address so it might be tricky to find. So I sent a message to James or Neil and they responded within minutes and after a couple of messages and a look at google streetfinder I saw the property with the blue door. No problem at all when I came to Lizard. I found it right away. But the key was the responsiveness of the owners. I appreciate that.
