Beautiful setting. Well appointed living quarters. Omar was wonderful host and responded to any inquiries immediately.. New kitchen was a joy to work in. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets as viewed from charming veranda. (Ate all meals out there!) Lots of steps (33) from parking lot to apartment but golf cart offset inconvenience of transporting luggage and groceries and was a real thrill for our three little children going to beach and pool. Only suggestions: 1)Need more dishes. Place setting for four not enough for six people. 2) In bedroom with bunk beds, need either a dresser for clothes or benches to put suitcases on, and a lamp. Otherwise, everything was great...including lots of nice towels and plenty of bed linen. Highly recommend this place for a great stay. Thanks Omar!

  • Beautiful Puerto Rican Hideaway

This place is pretty and cozy. Andres was super nice and helpful. He took us around the property and showed us where everything was. There are two guard stations to get to our place so we felt very safe. I’m glad that we came during the day because I can’t imagine having to find this place at night. We were right across from 1 of the 2 pools. It was clean but the hot tub was not hot. Same temp as the pool and the kiddie pool was closed off for maintenance. There is a play ground right next to the pool but it was run down. Play at your own risk. The villa is decorated nice and came with a lot of amenities. I loved the black out shades because the place has a lot of light entering in. The bedroom was super tiny. Almost too tiny for two plus size adults, but the bed was super comfy. There was no room for a side table which I needed. There are two futon beds as couches so 4 people could comfortably stay the night. The property is beautiful. I didn’t hear any coquis which I was so looking forward to, but there were overpowering bird serenades. I now realize since we were basically across the street from El Yunque that was probably why. The golf course was beautiful and made for a great walk after 5pm. We ate at Don Pepe which was about 2 miles from our location. It was delicious but a little pricey. The flan was not great, but everything else was. The electricity was out for a few hours on our last night (no fault of the owner) but had it fixed by the time we returned from dinner. I recommend this place. We had a wonderful time.
