  • Nice House, Nice Location
    5 of 5

I stayed in this home over the Christmas Holiday visiting family in the area with my wife and two daughters. This house has a nice open architecture on the lower level. There is a staircase near the center of the first floor, and from the top of it, you can look down into the kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer, and living room. I've never seen anything quite like it. All three bedrooms upstairs are large size, in fact all the rooms are nice size including the office downstairs and the adjacent full bath on the lower level. The place is clean and tastefully furnished without over-furnishing (if you've rented homes long enough, you know what I am talking about). The backyard has a nice view of the fairway and the mountains beyond, and in the center has a great big table that seats 8 that was nice to sit at for coffee in the morning and wine in the late afternoon. The location is great. The 202 is accessible off of Recker about a mile or two from the home, and there are plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby. I think the only complaint I could have about this home (and it is a minor one) is that there was only a 4 cup coffee maker in the kitchen, which is pretty small for a house that accommodates this many people. I have been renting homes over the Christmas Holiday in this area for about 9 years now, and of the 4 or 5 homes we have rented (including one in Las Sendas), this one is the family consensus favorite. If things go as planned, we will be back next year.

  • A great place to stay in Mesa!

We stayed in the house for three weeks. Centrally located in eastern Mesa. the house was well stocked, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood, with several trails nearby. A place where we will would like to stay again.
