  • A very comfortable week in a central Waikiki location

We spent a week in our VRBO and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well appointed with appliances, utensils and dishes, although a couple of useful items were missing (measuring cups and spoons). One only has to walk two blocks to the Food Pantry to secure essentials like paper towels, napkins and facial tissue (none provided). The unit faces east and gets quite warm during the day, in spite of the window air conditioning. The window dressings only partially block sunlight from coming in, thus contributing to the heat in the unit during the day. The beds are very nice (I like a firm mattress), however, in order to split the unit, utilizing the accordion room divider wall, into an actual bedroom and living room (or second bedroom courtesy of the hideabed couch) the occupants of the bedroom are cut off from the air conditioning. Wifi connectivity is excellent and aside from a paper tv channel guide, the available tv channels are extensive. I WOULD stay here again, even with the minor items I’ve noted.

  • In the Heart of Waikiki

Our family had a wonderful time in Oahu. The condo couldn't have been in a better location, so close to the shops, restaurants and Waikiki Beach. The property was very secure and it was great having our own, reserved parking space on-site. The unit itself is on the older side, with somewhat dated flooring (older carpet, linoleum). Some carpet or linoleum seams were taped-down. It was advertised as having a/c but only 1 bedroom had a/c. The master bedroom had a fan which wasn't very helpful. The unit was very clean. We would stay there again if the master bedroom had a/c. The main attraction of the unit is its location.
