  • Cozy bungalow with thoughtful touches in a quiet neighborhood
    5 of 5

I loved this little house. It's basically a small apartment with a nice kitchen (full-sized stove/oven and fridge), nice living room, and decent bedroom. The shower is tiny (no shaving your legs here), but the bathroom is otherwise fine. The decor is pleasant, and the space is only a couple of years old, so there are plenty of electrical outlets, newer fixtures, and nice flooring. Erin and Nick have obviously put a lot of thought into what makes for a nice stay, even going so far as to leave ear plugs in the nightstand (though the neighborhood was really quiet). The unit includes a coffee maker and electric kettle, laundry basket, a chair and a full-length mirror in the bedroom (so many decorators forget you want to see your legs and feet!), a full-sized dresser, hangers in the closet (with enough space to actually hang clothes), extra blankets, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. There was also fast WiFi, access to Netflix, everything you need for the kitchen, and plenty of lighting (including a dimmer in the living room). So much nicer than a hotel, and with easy access to the freeway, East Sac/Sac State, midtown, and downtown. Next time I'm in Sacramento, I'll be checking this place for availability first.

  • Wonderful home for our family!
    4 of 5

We had a great stay in Nancy and Nick's home. Nancy was very responsive as we prepared for our visit. Very easy to access when we arrived. Home was nice and clean, decorated really cute, very welcoming and was the perfect size for our family of 4. Appreciated the thoughtful touches of toiletries, nice bedding/towels and even had great sleep each night (comfy mattress/ quiet room). Look forward to staying again when we travel to town to visit family!
