  • A very nice place to stay while in Nashville

We just recently spent a week at the Headliner #3. It is in a very quiet and safe-feeling residential neighborhood and an easy walk to Parthenon Park. It is also very convenient to the highway and close to wonderful restaurants. The unit has very nice sized rooms which appear to have been renovated recently. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are very nice. It is mostly nicely decorated and for the most part very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the back and on the street. The unit itself is very quiet. Furniture is rather sparse. For a unit marketed to sleep 8, it only has seating in the living area for 4. The same goes for the small dining table. There are 4 chairs and two stools that could be used to sit at the counter. The living space really could you another chair in the livingroom and some side tables as well as a bigger table and more chairs in the dining area. When we come to Nashville, which we do a couple of times a year, I do cook because we are visiting family. The kitchen was functional with all of the bare necessities. It is the first place I have ever rented that did not have a toaster though. Everything was working and clean. The only real issue we had is that the hot water heater is on the small side. With just a couple of people you can time showers, and there wouldn’t be a problem. Keep in mind though if you had 4 or more people trying to shower and get out the door in a short period of time, you would definitely experience some cold showers. The management here was very responsive to a couple of texts I sent. We would definitely stay again.
