  • Nice, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property in rural TN

We were specifically searching for a country setting near some form of water. We also wanted to have convenience of grocery store and a Publix is within 5 minutes. This property is exactly what we were wanting. For our family of six with 3 dogs, it was perfect. There is a pool table and for our family time at the house, we had plenty of room to play games and use the pool table. WIFI and TV service are excellent. It is very private with beautiful country landscape and the creek is awesome to have fire pit going and just listen to the water. The owner, Joe Jolley, Jr. Is very kind and attentive to anything we needed. I wanted to fish and he actually located rod and supplies. It is just a very peaceful setting and that’s what we wanted. There are updates that they will be doing to the house but again, the house was very clean, plenty of room and was what we wanted. It’s not very far to travel to all the sights of. Chattanooga and we took advantage of that as well. We want to thank Mr. Jolley and we will return.

The pictures don't do this place justice! Wayyy more inviting than the pictures look. Clean, cozy, comfortable. And did I say clean?!? I was so nervous after seeing reviews about this house being cold in winter. We brought a few space heaters, but didn't need to use them at all--the central heating was great. It was so cozy. After reading other reviews, we were also nervous about not getting in contact with our hosts in a prompt manner; however, Dick and Darlene were very responsive and polite throughout our entire stay. We were able to check in and check out easily. We had all beds filled and a dog for four nights, and there was still room for everyone to enjoy themselves comfortably. Highly recommend this place!
