The condo was as described. Good location, close to Kapahulu Ave. so easy access w/o having to travel the full length of Waikiki to get in or out. Well outfitted and clean. Nice view even if parts of it are blocked by other buildings- it was great to have a lanai on the 38th floor. Parking was a plus but beware it is tight- a small car is best. For some reason there was an entry card left there- I don't think it belongs to the unit. You get into the condo via an access code on the door. To get from the parking garage to the interior of the building you need a key that is in the condo waiting for you. The door is unlocked during the day but locked at night. So, if you first arrive at night, you'll have to walk down the stairs to get to he lobby and then retrieve the key latter. Laundry room at the end of the hall was great (quiet hours are after 10PM. Here is what could be better. 1) There is a foam mattress rolled up and hidden behind the couch. I can't think that anyone would use it and it just takes up valuable space. Get rid of it. 2) The bar stools at the kitchen island are much too high for the counter height, so its not really a great place to sit and eat. 3) the refrigerator should be replaced. Yes, it works but it's loud and annoying. 4) The TV or signal should be looked at- picture is not high quality. Now that its a known quantity I would re-book this unit if and when I travel to Honolulu again.
