Detaljen och designen som gick in i det hÀr huset kÀnns vÀldigt inbjudande och avkopplande - bara för att nÀmna nÄgra Àr den unika ladugÄrdsdörren och vagnhjulet. Vyerna Àr fantastiska medan du sitter pÄ det privata dÀck med utsikt över Kaweah River. I det hÀr huset kommer du att vakna till fantastisk utsikt över Kaweah-floden direkt frÄn sovrumsfönstren. Det finns inga hem pÄ andra sidan floden sÄ det kÀnns vÀldigt privat och avskilt.
Huset har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det stora sovrummet har 2 dubbelsĂ€ngar. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sĂ€ng, och det tredje sovrummet har en specialbyggd tvĂ„ vĂ„ningssĂ€ng i XL-storlek (tvĂ„ enkelsĂ€ngar Ă€r XL-storlek pĂ„ 80 tum lĂ„ng). Det finns ocksĂ„ en extra futon-soffa. Köket har alla apparater i rostfritt stĂ„l. Matbordet har sex stolar, men i fall det inte rĂ€cker finns det fyra barstolar vid köksbĂ€nken. Köket Ă€r utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en gourmetmĂ„ltid. Vardagsrummet Ă€r mycket stort med eleganta moderna soffor och accentstolar. NĂ€r du sitter i vardagsrummet och tittar pĂ„ Kaweah-floden kan du njuta av en 60 "4K LED-TV. Hemmet har WIFI, DVD-spelare och Satelite Direct TV. Det stora sovrummet har ocksĂ„ en egen TV, men bĂ€ttre Ă€n vad som helst pĂ„ TV Ă€r att titta pĂ„ den fantastiska floden frĂ„n det stora sovrumsfönstret. Åh, nĂ€mnde jag dĂ€ck med utsikt över floden som har en rostfritt BBQ. Fastigheten har fantastiskt anpassat stenarbete och stigar som leder till floden och erbjuder omrĂ„den för fiske eller picknick. Hemmet har central AC / Heat. Garaget förvandlas till ett spelrum med bordtennisbord och fotbollsbord. Detta hus Ă€r helt fantastiskt och kommer att erbjuda din familj och vĂ€nner oförglömliga minnen.

Great location, balcony is excellent for wildlife spotting, we loved Three Rivers town. 45 minute drive to see the giant forest on a winding mountain road! Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. The games are in the double garage, enjoyed ping pong and the old video games.

Better than our expectations

The highlight of our trip to Sequoia National Park was certainly the stay at this home. The communication and tips from the property manager took out all of the unknowns. If you aren't staying inside the park, then they don't get any more convenient than here. I highly recommend.

Great for both Parks

We loved this rental. It is right on the river and has beautiful views and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Right outside the Sequoia entrance, and an easy drive to Kings Canyon as well. We actually took a day off from exploring the parks just to enjoy the rental. We would definitely stay here again. I have a 8 and 10 year old who LOVED the garage with all the games and activities.

Incredible Location

This is such a gem. The home is located 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from town where there is a market as well as a pizza and great Mexican food restaurant. The host was A+++ throughout our stay. And nothing beats the sound of the river and scenic sights from the rear patio deck. This is most definitely a 5-star location!

Lovely place on the river

Beautiful, clean, spacious home, one mile from the park gate. Great beds and kitchen, lots to do at the house in poor weather. River lulls you to sleep at night. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it during the day if you're on the property. Host has great local info including park tours, lake info, and best restaurants.

Awesome property!

The Three Rivers house is updated, spacious, and beautiful. It felt like we had our own private river in the back yard. The owner provided us with a lot of information about the area (activities, restaurants, etc). Also, she responded quickly to our texts and really took care of us. Great trip!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect spot for going up into the sequoias. The entrance is right down the road which makes it easy to get in ahead of the crowds. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the river, both out on the deck and down by the river. The house itself was nicely appointed and a nice cool spot to relax in the warm afternoons. Would absolutely return.

Could the location be more perfect? This property speaks of nature and its magic . The house was so nice and all six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) had a ton of fun there. What a view, and the sound of the river in every room. HEAVEN!

Kaweah beauty!

Beautiful home with even more beautiful views. The home was very comfortable for our family and we enjoyed having it as our home base for exploring Sequoia National Park. Our kids really enjoyed being able to walk down to the river and have fun on the property. And at night, just crack open the bedroom window to have the sounds of the Kaweah River lull you to sleep. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

AMAZING!

What a great way to start our family vacation to Southern California. We spent a weekend at this beautiful riverside home with 4 teen boys. The host was fantastic, the setting of the house is to die for, and the location to explore Sequoia was literally perfect. I have already sent a million people this link and told them to book this house if they go to Sequoia!

Within 2 miles of sequoia national park entrance and sits next to a class 4-5 rapid

Great location with very responsive owners. Minutes away from the entry point of sequoia national park. Grocery store a few miles down the road. Very comfortable for my wife and 2 adult children. Very cool walking down to the river and being a few feet away from raging rapids. The national park is amazing!! Really enjoyed my stay.

Great stay for park visits

We rented the property as our 'home base' for a visit to Sequoia and Lake Kaweah. Both the property and Srey exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing - there are wonderful views from the deck and the setting is very private. With wildlife moving through and great food/drink options nearby, the property offers a great combination of nature and convenience. Srey made the check in/out process very easy, and was by far the most communicative and helpful host we've ever had. This extra effort was greatly appreciated and made our visit even more enjoyable.

Most Beautiful River I’ve ever seen

Winter storm during Thanksgiving shut Sequoia National Park down at Hospital Rock. We had to drive the hour & a half to get to Kings Canyon to see a sequoia tree. Was a wonderful experience. The home was clean & comfortable. The owners are very responsive & full of useful information.

Great location and views of the river! Loved having an in unit washer/dryer and the rooms were clean. Downside was the furniture was old and somewhat dated. The kitchen appliances have seen better days, especially the coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower/tub combo is sorely in need of a good update. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. This was our first trip to the area and it was the location that sold us!

Relaxing, very close to Sequoia National Park, great for family, on the river, owner very welcoming!

This house was great for our family trip of 7 adults in middle of September 2017! The fact that it was so close to the Sequoia National Park made the drive up the mountain so much better. And once we got back from the national forest, being right on the river was extremely peaceful and felt like we were still in a national park. The outdoor set up was very nice and relaxing with lots of areas to find your relaxing spot to sit. The house itself has 3 bedrooms - 1 room with 2 queens and a full bathroom, 1 room with 1 queen, and 1 room with a long twin bunk beds. All the rooms and beds were very nice and clean. Since it was 7 adults, 1 person had to sleep in the bunk but it was still very comfortable. The open floor plan with a great view of the river and mountains was nice for our family to always be together. The garage with a ping pong table and Foosball table were an added bonus that I did not know my family would enjoy so much. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable house, with great views and location, and an excellent host! We recommend it to anyone!

Best River Front Home in town

We had such a great time at this lovely home. We were so lucky to have found this rental and to be the first guest at this property. It was a new listing with no reviews so I was hesitant to book at first. But found out that the owner Srey has 2 other properties in the area with great reviews. The home is as beautiful as the pictures you see. I love the teal color decors. The home was very clean, all the furniture was new and the bed was so comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you need for a weekend get away. We loved the fact that it was a river front home. The view was truly breathtaking. It was so tranquil staring out the deck and bedroom windows with the view of the river. The location was perfect as it was on a main road which was easy to find and just a few minutes to Sequoia National Park. The location was prime with a market near by and a few eateries. Due to the rainy weather, we didn't have much time to enjoy the beautiful deck and play by the river. So we'll definitely be back! Also, the owner, Srey was so friendly and responsive to any inquiries. So don't miss out! I would definitely recommend this property.

Kaweah River House

House: Conveniently located about five minutes to the Sequoia Park entrance and nearby local stores and restaurants. The house is immaculate. Furniture layout was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had mostly new cookware. The view from two of the three rooms, kitchen, and living room had a good picture of the river. Just open the windows for that therapeutic sound. Central air worked perfectly during the winter weather. The deck chairs and bistro set on the deck were plenty for a happy hour session. Though we did not use the grill, it looked clean and probably a newer model. I also noticed a propane tank in the garage. The exterior of the house blended with the surrounding and the seating areas on the house level and river level were properly placed. In the mornings, we'd see a herd of deers cross the river from the hillside. The steps leading to the river were not steep, and the kids had no problem walking down. Grounds were really clean. Owners: Probably the most informative and thorough hosts I have ever encountered, and I've had a few. A welcome text with all the info you'll need as far as not only check in procedure, but the local interests for activities, stores, and restaurants providing yelp screenshots. Very prompt to answer any inquiries. Overall a great experience with this rental. The house, its location, the amenities, the views and sounds, and the owners are fiive-six stars worthy.

Great location, right near park entrance. Fantastic balcony views for morning coffee or evening BBQ. Nice walking path to rivers edge. Well stocked with most things you need, including some surprises like a ping pong table. We would recommend.

We like hiking, kayaking, river rafting, hanging out at the lake, exploring nature, etc..., and so Three Rivers was the perfect location to accomplish all these things, and more.
