Book a stay in our welcoming 3 Bedroom Chalet for 10 where you can see the Aiguilles d'Arves from the residence grounds! Located 5 minutes from the Sybelles ski slopes and with access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, and ski lockers you can go from ski to après ski seamlessly!

Our 65m2 chalet, ideal for a family or group of friends, is a clean and bright space to start and end your day right! Only a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes of the Sybelles and a short drive to local activities! Relax in our indoor heated pool after a long day of skiing or hiking in the Savoie region.

This chalet comfortably sleeps 7 but can accommodate up to 10. The chalet includes:

• 1st Bedroom: Double bed (140x190). Bed linen is provided.
• 2nd Bedroom: Double bed (140x190). Bed linen is provided.
• 3rd Bedroom: 3 Single beds. Bed linen is provided.
• Living Area: Sofa bed (80x190cm) in the living area for extra guests. Enjoy the large TV.
• Kitchen: Included are coffee machine, cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster
• Bathrooms: a shower room and a separated WC on the ground floor and a bathroom and separated WC area on the upper floor. Bathroom linens are provided.
• Balconies: Private and fully furnished

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at L'Avalanche Restaurant, 10 minutes by car or grab your groceries at Sherpa Supermarché Saint Sorlin d'Arves which is also a 10-minute drive by car. See the sights while horseback riding or skijoring in the winter at Les Cavaliers Des Arves, only 10 minutes away by car! For guests not travelling with their ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!

Heated indoor pool with massaging jets is open from 10 am to 7 pm​. Closed on Saturdays (for maintenance)

• Underground parking: €7/day and €30/week. There is also FREE outdoor parking available on-site (Limited to availability)
• Bed linen change: €10/bed/change
• Bath linen change: €8/person/change
• Sauna: €4/person/15 minutes
• Please note that Wi-Fi is only available at the RECEPTION
• Pet Fee: €10/day/animal and €45/week/animal
• Damage Deposit: €300 upon arrival
• Daily Tourist Tax: between €0.50 and €3, charged per person
• Enjoy access to the shared indoor pool from 10 am - 7 pm
• Store your skis in the ski locker, located in the entryway of your unit
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included for stays less than 5 nights! For stays of 5+ nights, guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €140
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one chalet to the next
