Welcome travellers! Are you ready to experience the charm of Zabbar in our modern apartment? Located in a peaceful residential area, this home offers easy access to local attractions, historical sites & beautiful beaches with just short drive away!

The apartment features 3 generously sized bedrooms, all with king size beds & a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to 8 guests.

Enjoy a large living space that opens onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing!

Ideal for every traveler, our apartment offers a comfortable & convenient stay in a vibrant neighbourhood. Explore Malta's rich culture and attractions with easy access throughout your visit.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Area | The large, open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, and a smart TV for your entertainment. It’s the perfect space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Terrace | Step out onto the spacious terrace directly from the living area, where you’ll find outdoor furniture ideal for dining, lounging, or simply soaking up the Maltese sun.

Bedrooms | Each of the three bedrooms offers a king size bed and ample storage.

The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, and two of the bedrooms have access to a back balcony, providing a quiet outdoor space.

Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay. Perfect for those who enjoy cooking and dining in. Ideal for both long and short term rentals.

Bathrooms | The apartment includes a sleek ensuite bathroom with modern fixtures, as well as an additional full bathroom featuring a bathtub, ideal for relaxing baths.

Public transport in Malta is used for all locations and you can check 'Malta Public Transport' website to check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the official website.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views while heading the the capital city of Valletta. The closest Ferry from the apartment would be in Bormla which is around 8-10 drive away.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Zabbar and no advance reservation is required.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
