4 pm. - Arrivals after 8 pm will be an additional âŹ65, and arrivals after 11 pm will be an additional cost of âŹ100. Paid in cash upon arrival to the owner.

Dogs of 2-3 kilos are allowed on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of âŹ25 per pet per day will apply (paid locally in cash).
Please note that the jacuzzi is available to guests on request and at an additional charge of âŹ30 per day, payable in cash on arrival directly to the owner. Please request this extra during the booking process so that we can inform the owner. Clients must pay for the entire duration of their stay.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
