Large two-storey holiday home in Stauning, ideal for a family holiday or a cozy get-together with friends. The house, built in 2006, extends over a spacious area of 152 square meters and is located on a natural plot of 1300 square meters, only 500 meters from the cozy harbor in Stauning. With space for up to 8 people and the possibility of bringing up to 3 pets, this is the place for those who want to enjoy nature and each other's company in comfortable surroundings.
When you enter the house, you will immediately notice the lovely interior design that combines functionality with charm. The four bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and underfloor heating for a comfortable experience, regardless of the season. In addition, you will find a practical cot and high chair for the youngest family members.
The central living area is open and inviting, making it the perfect place to gather. Here you will find a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen facilities include a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with a capacity of 290 liters and a tumble dryer. With these facilities, you can easily prepare delicious meals for your guests.
There is plenty of entertainment, with no less than two televisions offering both Danish and German TV, as well as a DVD player, CD player and Chromecast for streaming your favorite programs. For the more active guests, there is a pool table and a foosball table in the first room to keep the mood high and the competition going.
Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace while grilling delicious dishes on the barbecue. The enclosed terrace is perfect for the children, who can also play in the sandbox or on the swings.
