Vi har allt du behöver för din strandresa pÄ Sanibel Island. Denna enhet med ett sovrum sover 1 till 6 gÀster, med 2 dubbelsÀngar och en bÀddsoffa. Ligger bara 3 minuters promenad ner en naturskön vÀg till stranden. Varje enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, badrum, skÀrmad i Lanai, solstolar, 2 TV-apparater med kabel och Wi-Fi. Vi erbjuder en uppvÀrmd pool med sötvatten med solterrass, grillplats och picknickomrÄde, skaltvÀttstation, tvÀttstuga med mynt, cykeluthyrning pÄ plats, gratis lokal, lÄngvÀga och WiFi och direkt tillgÄng till stranden.

Close to the beach, good value

Place was convenient to walk to the beach with a wagon, kids enjoyed the pool. there were some ants roaming the floors that were noticeable.

Quick stay

My daughter and I were looking for just a quick getaway. This is an older property but it suited our needs just fine. The pool was really nice and clean. And our room was very clean. Good communication and the staff was very helpful.

Great location, quiet & so close to beach!

Very nice quiet location on east end of Sanibel and uncrowded beach is no more than a 5 minute walk away! Easier to get off the island from here during high traffic periods. Clean property except for shower curtain that needed to be cleaned better. Very quiet at night for a restful sleep.

Great place to stay!

We loved the location, and being able to walk to the beach/nearby restaurants so easily. Our room was nice, but not identical to the pictures shown. Everything did seem very clean, other than some mildew on the shower liner. Staff was wonderful! Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Colony Inn review

Great access to the beach. Nice location. Nice to have a functional kitchen. Bathroom is small but acceptable. Towel service was good.

Short Notice and Nice

We needed a second room for a family vacation to Sanibel. This worked perfectly! Very clean. Easy to find and check in/out. Loved that they had beach chairs/coolers for the beach. We did not use them but great to have! The beach is a little bit of a walk and can not be seen from the room but we knew this ahead of time. Thanks.

Property was exactly as described, had no issues. Location is excellent. Communication was good too. Next time we visit, we will stay here.

Big disappointment

Room was changed because a/c was broken upon arrival to the property. Our room was changed to a smaller room and my kids ended up sleeping on couches rather than beds. We found out couches were not pull out couches when we removed the cushions and found filthy food beneath the cushions! Woke up to a huge cockroach on the bedroom floor and a huge spider in the closet and another huge spider on the ceiling above our bed. Wanted to have coffee on the back porch in the morning to enjoy the morning sun but the neighbor smoking on the porch above us changed my mind and I went back inside. Our first visit two years ago was wonderful and we couldn't wait to come back. This visit was a HUGE let down â˜č

Ups and Downs

I did ask some questions, via the app, prior to arriving and got little to no feedback. I never received the email regarding my check-in but I called the office when we arrived and they gave me the instructions and we were able to check-in early which we were thankful for. The room is exactly like the pictures & really all we needed. We bought our own bedding & disinfected the room to be cautious. The beach was a 5 minute walk and it was nearly empty everyday and just beautiful. However, the last night, the air conditioner in the living room went out. We called the number provided and was told no one could come out that night. We had to stay in the bedroom part of the rental for the remainder of the evening where there was a working air conditioner. The next day, I called the office to inform them again of the air conditioner being broken. No apology was given...just an “ok”. I then asked if we could have late checkout and was told, “not a chance” and “we have 3 people out with COVID”. We packed up and hightailed it out of there.
