What a great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in this house. The interior is very welcoming, functional and decorated tastefully. We also enjoyed the amenities the community had to offer. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are great. We would love to come back soon.

Highly recommend

I stayed here for two months and was very happy. The place was clean and beds very comfortable. Great location too. And the owners were excellent to deal with any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend renting.

Perfect location!

Suzie was an outstanding host. Our month long stay was perfect! Townhouse is a very shot distance to the pool. And there is another heated pool for the neighborhood a short walk away that also includes exercise facility. Very near wonderful trailhead of Apache Wash and Pinnacle Peak. Will stay again if dates work out!

Great experience!

Suzie was incredibly responsive! Very easy to communicate with her via email, text or by phone. The accommodations were wonderful. We loved the proximity of the condo to the pool area.

Outstanding Condominium With Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay at Aviano. The condominium is impeccably maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location in north Phoenix was extremely convenient with quick access to Desert Ridge Shopping Center and areas of interest. The close proximity to major freeways made it easy to get to all areas of Phoenix quickly and safely. The Aviano Village is beautiful, and I recommend it highly to anyone who wants excellent accomodations in a secure location.

Nice!

This property was a great place to stay- near the major loops and easily accessible inside a lovely gated and quiet community. Our condo was clean and inviting. Our host/hostess was easy to work with on all points. The kitchen wasn't extremely well stocked, however, Sprouts was nearby and there wasn't really a reason to cook when you have so many choices at Sprouts. we would stay again.!

As advertised

We would highly recommend this property to fellow travellers. The unit is as advertised- recently remodelled, lovely bathrooms and kitchen. The unit was very well equipped with anything you need. 3 larger bedrooms, comfortable beds and nice linens. Obviously a labor of love.

Great property! We had 6 adults in our group and this was perfect!

This was our first time using VRBO, it was a great experience. The property owner was easy to get a hold of, very responsive! The property is clean and taken care of. I would highly recommend the property. The neighborhood was quiet.

After living in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area for many years a job change took us out of state. We missed the beauty of the desert and decided to buy a winter place to visit and continue enjoying this city.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have always loved this Townhouse, it's our Arizona retreat that we would like to share with you. We love the location and all that North Phoenix/Scottsdale has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our cozy townhouse is ideally located 25 minutes North of the Phoenix airport with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, sporting events and beautiful hikes. Our home is tucked away in a quiet tranquil area within the community, a few short steps from the community pool and a short walk to the fitness center.

Recently remodeled, granite countertops, two car garage and an outdoor patio for that glass of wine.
Free WIFI included to stream your favorites shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime on either of the two flat screen TVs.

Coming to town for Barrett Jackson at Westworld or The Phoenix Open? Both are only 15 minutes from the townhouse and we are only 20-30 minutes from all of the Spring training facilities and professional sports arenas.
