The Space:
Upstairs, the primary suite features a luxurious spa-jet tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The en-suite guest bedroom provides privacy, while two additional guest rooms share a well-appointed bath. Main floor amenities include new hardwood floors, a modern laundry room, and a convenient half bath.

This home includes four bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Free parking (for up to 4 vehicles)
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
