Escape to the stunning Lake Hood, where our modern four-bedroom lakefront home is ready for you to experience the ultimate New Zealand summer. Just over an hour from Christchurch and five minutes from Ashburton, this gorgeous location has direct open water lakefront access. With the perfect combination of relaxation, activities, and family-friendly spaces, our 4 bedroom Lake Hood home is designed with families in mind. Key features include:
- Main living area looks straight to out to the lake, with two sets of large double doors leading straight out to the deck and lake.
- A second living areas allow children their own space to play and relax.
- Separate bar area with a dedicated bar fridge for drinks and snacks.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas hobs, full oven and basic food supplies provided (oil, salt, pepper, and sugar).
- Private jetty allows you to enjoy direct access to the lake, part your boat or jetski right out the front
- TVs in both living areas and the main bedroom
- Two air-conditioning units keep will help keep you warm (or cool)
- Tennis courts and basketball hoop within 2 min walk.
- Residents' boat ramp is only a minuteâs drive down the road.
- 9 hole golf-course in the Lake Hood complex
- Lake House Restaurant is a short walk from the house
