This 54 square meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, located in Nantes and can accommodate 4 people.
It is charming, well-equipped and will be perfect for vacations with family or friends!
You will be very well served by the various public transport; and you will stay close to all the conveniences and several sites of interest!

## Logement
The accommodation is warm and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a bedroom in mezzanine with a double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean shower room; a work area; and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also have a nice terrace which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
You will find everything you may need on a daily basis nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "U Express and Drive" and a "MONOPRIX" at 4 minutes walk.
Please note that you will stay ideally in the city center, everything is done on foot!
You will find several sites of interest close to the accommodation such as: the "Place Royale" at 5 minutes walk, the "John Doe Escape Game Nantes" at 15 minutes, the "Miroir d'eau" at 12 minutes, the "ChĂąteau des ducs de Bretagne" at 12 minutes, the Natural History Museum at 10 minutes and many others...
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
You will also be very well served by the different public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
