Ski-In/Out Seven Springs - The Villages - Stoneridge - Ground Floor - 1BR 1BA - Sleeps 5
Condo is in highly desirable location at Stoneridge, slope-side with ski-in/ski-out of back door with trail access. Step out the ground floor back door onto the snow. Ski from New Avalanche Lift, right to your back door. Immediately adjacent to Boomerang Trail, Villages Trail, Avalanche and Goosebumps slopes. Fantastic access to the slopes. Perfect for a couple or family to utilize while skiing and relax with all the comforts of home afterward. Spacious 1-bedroom is nicely furnished and equipped.
Our spacious living room features leather couches that look out to the beautiful mountain views and leads to direct access to the private deck.
The kitchen has modern appliances, granite countertops, large sink and all the accessories you would need to cook as if you were at home. The appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, along with a full-size refrigerator and freezer. We provide pots & pans, dishes, cups & mugs, toaster, blender, both a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig single cup machine. The kitchen features a rustic wooden table that comfortably fits your entire group or family for meals. We also have a bar cart stocked with the barware and wine/bottle opener for you to enjoy!
The spacious bedroom hosts a queen bed and 2 bedside dressers as well as a full size dresser for your storage. A full closet is also available for your use during your stay. The all NEW linens are hotel quality, white and bleachable, including the duvets. Down-alternative comforters are provided for a luxurious sleeping experience. A luggage rack is also provided for an additional hotel-like touch.
The other sleeping options include a queen pull out couch with washable mattress cover and the same NEW hotel quality linens and comforter. The 3rd option is a Queen size EZ bed, which is a self-inflatable mattress that sits on a bed frame for comfort and stability. The EZ bed is easily maneuvered on wheels so it can be set up either in the spacious bedroom or in the living room with one touch inflation or deflation. The same NEW hotel quality linens are provided for the 3rd bed.
The newly painted and updated bathroom is designed to provide you and your guests a clean and functional space during your stay. All white, bleachable, plush towels will be provided including a hotel-style bath mat that is also washable and bleachable. A hairdryer is provided.
Laundry on location in the condo for your convenience. We also provide an iron and ironing board.
For entertainment, high speed WiFi and cable along with a TV in both the bedroom and living room are included with your rental.
Cleaning: A Clean and safe stay is our priority. The condo is cleaned with bleach including all high touch surfaces (light switches, door knobs, TV remotes). All bed linens, bath towels and floor mats are washed with bleach between stays.
*Please note you will be required to sign and return a rental agreement upon booking. A copy of a valid photo ID with proof of age over 25 will also be required at this time.
What to bring: laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, coffee (traditional or K-cup), pool towels
What we provide: All freshly washed linens for 3 beds, 6 Towel sets (washcloth, hand towel, bath towels), 2 kitchen towels, basic toilet paper and paper towels, hand soap for kitchen and bathroom.
An On-site covered parking space designated for the unit is available for your use. Ample additional parking available as well. The unit is easily accessed with only 2 outdoor steps from the parking lot for easy access. The condo is a quick walk to the shuttle stop where a shuttle service is provided to the Lodge.
Summer/Fall: As part of the StoneRidge Condos, you have access to the community swimming pool and hot tub, playground, tennis and basketball courts which is a short walk along a paved pathway.
Winter: This unit is located in the Ski in/out location of the Villages. Located off the parking lot is a locking ski locker for your equipment during your stay.
