Summary:
Enjoy the slopes with one of the most conveniently located condos on all of Hunter Mountain, walking distance to the lifts. As close to a ski in-ski-out condo you can get. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Comes with a private entrance, parking and a balcony.

The Space:
*** AC and fireplace IS CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE ***

Getting Around:
It’s the building at the base below the hotel it’s grayish building C unit 8

Other Things to Note:
** As most of the homes are on wells, there can be a slight sulfur or iron smell to the water. It is safe to use and consume, but bottled water is recommended if you're sensitive to that ***

Interaction with Guests:
I like to allow guests the freedom to explore the home and all of its amenities at their own pace. Hunter is great, but stay away from this unit.

Ok The listing says unit has a/c than after we book we are told the A/c is broken (not sure why they dont fix it they had the time) i asked the host does it get hot? I got no reply, I assumed all was good, we arrived to a very stuffy and badly in need of ventilation with a musty feeling. with not a fan in sight, some windows open and some are broken and don't open. It was hard to ventilate, and at night temps drop very late so when you go to sleep you need windows open and than later in middle of night you need to close windows like 3 or 4 am Also you cant park and bring your luggage inside right in front of unit as its downhill rocks from parking to front door with no walk way or steps in front. very easy to slip and fall. you need to go around a few doors down and haul your stuff. A guy was harassing my kids taking pictures of them because they did not go around and walked on the rocks. besides that unit was basically comfortable. no chairs on porch so if you want to sit out side.....

Can't beat the location

Great location- we walked to the lifts from our front door! Lots of beds, great house overall :) would love to come back next year!

Great location

Stayed here with 2 families. Great location of property. The apartment itself is a bit dated - but location made all the difference.
