Great Place to Stay!

We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and without a doubt this condo was the cleanest! It absolutely sparkled! We enjoyed the neighborhood and the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella available in the condo were great to have. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby, we particularly enjoyed Juniper on the Water just down the street, the vegan tocos were fabulous. Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Comfortable place to stay near the beach

Overall this was a good choice for us. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk and parking lot were helpful. Vitaliy responded quickly and the listing was accurate. A few small points: the apartment seemed a little tired or dated, the coffee cups were dirty (we had to wash them before using them), and the location is more convenient for driving than walking.

Perfect stay

Everything about the property was described perfectly in the listing. The location,the beach, amenities. We really enjoyed it and it had plenty of room. There is plenty of restaurants and a Walmart close by. The owner has plenty of extra items you might need while on a beach vacation and then some... We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures are just as the place looked, it was very clean and easy directions for check in. Close to the boardwalk and grocery store. Beach was very nice and family friendly! Would definitely come back.

Great location, would come again.

We enjoyed the boardwalk, the race track, the great restaurants and the beach. Great place to walk around and enjoy the local flavor. We'll definitely come back. Peace. I forgot the staff was great, especially Bruce who gave me a ride to the emergency room out of the goodness of his heart. Thanks buddy.

Amazing condo in a great location. Highly recommend

We were pleasantly surprised walking into the building and then into the condo for the first time. It is very modern, clean, spacious and has all of the amenities of home. The direct beach access was a bonus and it was convenient to have a beach bag, chairs and umbrella so we didn't have to spend $35 for this from the vendors on the beach. I highly recommend this condo and would like to stay here again in the future.

Property very spacious and clean

Vitality, the owner was very accessible and responsive to any requests, and I had a few. Condo well equipped and looks exactly like in the photos. Building staff from valet to front desk courteous and efficient. Really enjoyed my stay and will revisit at a later date this year. My only regret is that I could not watch cable tv from the bedroom tv as it is only setup for Amazon and Netflix, but that’s very personal.

Great place & location

This place was very spacious and clean. The owner was very attentive and responsive. A storm knocked out the Internet, which meant no Wifi. The owner came the next day and resolved the problem. The staff and valet folks were very friendly. Several pros - $10. A day valet, or self park, His place close to elevator and laundry room. Nice quiet building. Lastly, the Beach entrance right pass the pool. I definitely would recommend this place.

Nice and clean apartment

Vacation in Sian Residence

I stayed in Vitaliy Semand's condo for a week during my Miami vacation. I really enjoyed Vitaliy's place. It is very clean and neat apartment. The place has also fast WI-FI connection, which allowed me to do some remote work. My only suggestion for future is to provide disposal bags and have more cable channels.

Perfect

It's everything you see in the picture. The location is great. Walmart is close by- so minute walk, beach is super close. Vitaliy pays attention to details and try's to make your stay as great as possible. He is very easy to talk to and explains everything so well. There are no lies and everything how he describes on here is exactly how it is in person. I would totally recommend this to anyone!
