This chic coastal 2 BR/2 bath townhome is in a prime location, less than 300 steps to the sand, and perfect for your beach getaway! After an incredible day on the pristine white sand beaches, unwind at the end of an amazing beach day in your private backyard or the screened lanai.
INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV (living room only - no TVs in bedrooms), and spacious breakfast nook perfect for eating or getting some work done before a fun filled day.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, drip coffee maker + starter kcups, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private fenced screened lanai, as well as a patio w/ built in seating and a private yard with full privacy fence.
GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, linens/towels, washer/dryer, sheets, towels, etc.
ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure the home is stocked well for your stay. BYOB toiletries!
PARKING: The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.
PRIME LOCATION: The home is 300 feet from the sand, a quick 1 min walk to the Mango Marley's, and just a quick 1 min walk to the beach!
