people. Close Breckenridge and all of its shops, restaurants, pubs and
charm. There's also a free town shuttle right down the road for easy
access to town.

When you walk into the condo, the full-sized kitchen will be just to
your right. Stocked with all new pots & pans, you'll find the
essentials, perfect for cooking meals the entire group can enjoy!
Supplied with your necessary appliances and plenty of cabinet space,
this kitchen gets the job done and more! The kitchen has a cozy
breakfast bar with seating for four, separating the kitchen and the
living area! A well-equipped kitchen is lined with stainless steel
appliances, coffee maker, toaster and generous cupboard space, opening
up to an oversized bar and roomy living area. Relax among a large
mounted flatscreen TV, soft leather furnishings and mountain accents
with plenty of natural light coming in through forest-facing windows.
Living room / patio
The living room is perfect for your group, with leather furnishings, a
queen size pullout couch, a large flatscreen TV with cable, and an
electric fireplace controlled by the flick of a switch! There are
speakers with an aux cable as well as a few books and games to choose
from as well! An exterior door in the corner of the living room leads
to your own secluded balcony for premium enjoyment of the fresh
mountain air!

Turn left from the front door to see the washing machine and dryer
perched in the hallway closet. Laundry tabs included!

Continue down the hall and you'll find the bedroom fitted with a
king-size bed, full size dresser and closet. A cozy place to wind down
after a long day of skiing or hiking! The full size bathroom can be
found at the end of the hall, neighbored to the bedroom. The spacious
bedroom is decorated in simple, tasteful furnishings and an all-season
private walkout balcony delivers peaceful mountain views. Enjoy an
in-unit washer and dryer, modern full bath with shower and tub for
soaking and access to a free town shuttle. Note: this condo is located
in a complex, you may notice some noise from the surrounding area.
