The house delivers expansive gathering spaces while being specially designed so that large groups feel intimate, with plenty of room to gather and smaller alcoves for quiet and privacy.

Inside, soaring ceilings and expansive windows fill the home with natural light. The exquisite living room, complete with a fireplace and a grand piano, flows into multiple elegant dining areas and a gourmet chef's kitchen with marble countertops, premium appliances, and an expansive island with barstool seating. The gourmet kitchen features a 5'-long galley entertaining sink with the ultimate culinary system including matching stone cutting boards, a 48" range, four dishwashers, a large freezer and refrigerator, filtered water with instant hot water, an ice maker, and multiple beverage fridges located throughout the house.

A secondary sitting room invites relaxation, while the game room offers a convertible pool/poker table, chess, backgammon, and a popcorn machine, and opens seamlessly to the patio. For movie nights, a private home theater with plush seating and a massive 8K projector screen elevates entertainment to new heights.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are each uniquely designed, blending sophistication with comfort. The primary suite is large enough to offer a full spa experience with friends. One of the most-loved features of Sunset Point Estate is the full-size steam room that can fit up to five guests comfortably. You'll also enjoy an absolutely gorgeous soaking tub surrounded by custom lighting and greenery and an oversized stone shower and dual vanities.

An executive study with wood-paneled ceilings offers the ideal workspace while offering two beds; the study contains two secret doors — one that leads to a spiral staircase up to a loft with an extra bed, and one that opens directly into a bathroom. Several other bedrooms include special touches: the Lake Poway Room enjoys direct views of Lake Poway, the Garden Room boasts a private bistro-style garden sanctuary, and the Horse Room is kid- and family-friendly with a playpen, toys, books, a changing table, and an ensuite bathroom that features a shower/tub combo for easy bathtimes.

Outdoors, every detail is crafted for unforgettable moments. Gaze westward across rolling hills as the sun sinks into the horizon from the infinity-edge pool and spa, surrounded by a grotto, waterfalls, and luxury loungers. The backyard is an entertainer's dream, with a built-in BBQ, shaded dining areas, a pizza oven, and multiple lounge spaces. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $1500 fine per pet.
- The fence around the pool can be taken down for a fee with advanced notice.
- Pool and spa heat are paid features: Pool heat (October–May) is $200/day and includes spa heat; spa-only heat is available year-round at $75/night. Both must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before check-in for the entire stay.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- The maximum occupancy is 16 guests and may not be exceeded.
- Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval.
- Smoking is not permitted on the property; please step off the property if needed.
- A live check-in is required for this home.

Parking Details:
- Parking is limited to 5 cars; any additional vehicles must be approved in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
