This place was just perfect for us. Our group was a one year old, parents, and grandparents. It was clean, comfortable, easy access for getting around everywhere, and very responsive owner. We would choose to stay here again.

We love the Property. Perfect for small family gatherings like our Thanksgiving Dinner with the kids. The house always feels like home when we walk in the door. The hosts are lovely and will go above and beyond to make the stay perfect. This year, on the day of our departure, we had a couple of inches of snow on the ground, and I found the host had scrapped the gravel road on the hillside by hand to make it safer, as well as the front stoop then continued to brush our vehicle off from the snow on the windows.

My friends and I had a birthday weekend in KC, and decided to stay here. It worked out perfect for us! Very clean and a lot of amenities there, would recommend to anyone wanting to do stuff in kc! Reasonably priced too

I took my daughter and her friend to the Taylor Swift concert and we spent the night. The girls loved the big mirrors and vanity areas to spread out all their makeup and hair products. The location was perfect for Arrowhead Stadium. I was bummed that the pool and hot tub were down for repairs...I was hoping to get to enjoy them both.

This is a very nice, clean, and spacious apartment in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Nickie is a gracious host and very timely to respond to questions and assist. Would highly recommend!

Good place to stay for long term work.
