Downtown Palm Springs hotels

An excellent visit to Palm Springs. We spent a month at Daniel’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and one of the best equipped we’ve ever enjoyed. A short walk to downtown and the many shops, bars and restaurants, a drug store and a supermarket under a half mile the other way, we went days without starting the car. The complex has two heated pools and three that aren’t heated. The pools are very quiet and suitable for swimming laps. The kitchen excellent, has everything you’ll ever need. Even a stand mixer. Beds comfortable, bedrooms quiet. A high end Weber BBQ, good outdoor space with privacy and no neighbor noise. Four TVs.Daniel was very responsive to any questions. A great host. We’ve reserved it again for next year.

This property is exactly as advertised. Modern, clean, and sleek. The communication with Clark was great and he called us on arrival to get us acquainted with the unit. He was so accomdating and even brought us a replacement iron and coffee maker when we asked. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We'll be back, unless we buy a house.

This was property lived up to its billing. Clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The outdoor space is great-wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to down town Palm Springs and about 20 minutes to several golf courses in the area. The owner also gave clear instructions about accessing the property. Would definately return.

We absolutely loved staying in this property! It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, and the air conditioning worked great. Grady was super attentive to my questions, and stayed with me until all of my questions were answered…he even gave me a much needed tutorial on the tv remotes. We can’t wait to head back and stay at the Deauville again!

This place is just right for us. Not fancy, but very well appointed and clean. The location is superb! The bed was super comfy! I do wish there was a grill. We would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. Walked to shops and restaurants every day. Condo had recently been updated and was one on the nicest rentals we have ever had.

We had a great stay at this property. The unit is very nice and well-maintained, and an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants. The kids loved visiting the pools and the grounds were beautiful with lots of hummingbirds and bunnies. Joshua Tree National Park is only about an hour away and is definitely worth a trip. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful property. The pics are exactly what you see except that absolutely everything is labeled to describe what belongs there. I think this is the best-stocked property we've ever stayed in. The pool is directly outside the door. The property is gated but there are also gates you can use as a pedestrian, which is great for when you want to walk to the downtown or the Thursday street fair! We had a small hiccup after checking in which was handled quickly and with kindness. We would return in a heartbeat!
