Property was perfect! The house had everything we needed! It’s paradise between the pool and the beach. Paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, beach chairs were all provided! There is a nice reef a few yards out that was nice for snorkeling! Will definitely return! The hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and provided us with suggestions and information that was very helpful ! We felt very safe there!

The location, house and amenities were exactly as expected and even more. There was nothing missing...coolers, towels, cups, toys and games. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accomodated us when we had to stay an extra day. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property and an oasis on the island. As soon as you enter the driveway you are in a lushly landscaped private escape. Perfect for large groups we had 17 (8 adults 9 children), we all had our own space and plenty of seating around the property. Set right on the beach and with a pool hot tub, outdoor grill, wrap around decks, it was everything you see in the photos and more. We had a few nights with high winds and the outdoor fireplace with sectional served us well. We were able to stay outside and enjoy the evening while our kids enjoyed the colors of the lit pool. Our host was extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house is well appointed and you have just about every creature comfort you would need.

The home was immaculate, beautiful views, easy access to great beach. Plenty of spices for cooking. Plenty of room, only drawback was lots of stairs for elderly visitors to navigate. Would recommend highly.

We had such an amazing stay at Sandy Bum! The house is perfect for our large group of 14 with ages from infant, teen, and adults. We really enjoyed the pool area, all the different water toys, and obviously the amazing views. The property manager was super responsive. We literally have nothing bad to say at all. I will also add that the home music system is a great feature to ensure we had the right vibe no matter where we were at in the house. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying on Great Exuma.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property! It was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with six other couples. The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with each couple having their own private bedroom and bathroom—such a luxury! The pool area was absolutely stunning, complete with a large cabana and plenty of pool and beach toys to keep everyone entertained. The location was ideal—just steps from the beach, where we spent our time soaking up the sun and enjoying the unreal water with shades of blue that put us in awe. The views were breathtaking, and the entire property was like heaven but also made us feel at home and comfortable. Neil and the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Communication was seamless, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like a trip of a lifetime, and I will cherish the memories forever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the ultimate getaway in Exuma!

This was a first time to Exuma for my daughter and I. We were celebrating her 40th Birthday and Silver House was everything I could imagine. Prepare to be amazed; everything was 5 star quality from the beds, to sheets, and towels, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need. Nothing was forgotten. It was the perfect getaway for us to just get away from everyday stresses and relax- which is what we did! The patio and pool are perfect! I spent a couple morning watching the sun rise with my coffee. And we were lucky the ocean was very calm for a few days which allowed us to just sit in our rafts and float, never really moving away from the house. It is truly a spectacular home! The host, Dominque, was very responsive in our planning and Esther handled everything when we arrived/departed. It was a great experience all around. Highly recommend.
