El Medano Ejidal beach rentals

We stayed here with our adult son and his friend to celebrate their graduate school graduation. We loved how there was a separate entrance to the 2nd bedroom so they could have privacy and stay up late without bothering others. The unit was updated, clean and quiet. The unit is walking distance to town where we toured most days. We BBQ’d every night and enjoyed the patio dining looking over the pool.We will come again!

Villa la Estancia was beautiful! The villa was outstanding! The grounds, pool and beach were beautiful! It was easy to grab a quick and inexpensive cab into town to some wonderful restaurants. Mi Casa was our favorite - especially the lobster enchiladas! No need to rent a car; the agents try to rip you off with very expensive insurance and tell you it’s required. We left the Hertz office, canceled our reservation and took an Uber to the resort - super easy!

The condo was exactly what we needed! The pack-n-play and kids high chair were perfect for my son. We enjoyed the ground level with easy access to everything. We had fun playing in the pools and all of the great beach toys. Will stay there again when we come back!

We have stayed at this resort several times but never in this building. We were very happy with the view and how close the unit was to the hot tubs and the market. Highly recommend saving this unit as a favorite.

Husband, myself, daughter (17), son (28) and their significant others came to celebrate my daughter's early graduation. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was fantastic and well-stocked. Being on the ground floor was great. We enjoyed several restaurants on site (and at neighboring resorts). Prices are a big high and make sure to be cognizant that the bills already include a 15% gratuity. Kids had a great time. The gym was fantastic - suana was not very hot but the steam room more than made up for it. We would love to come again.

Absolutely everything about this condo and the Estancia resort are top notch. Our family of 5 (2 adults + 2 teens + 1 younger) had an unforgettable week in Cabo. Joe's condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. If you think the pictures are beautiful, wait until you walk in the door and see the condo for yourself. Truly amazing. The views are spectacular from the top floor. The evening breezes and sounds of the ocean could easily keep you on the patio all night long. All the prior 5-star reviews of this condo are spot-on. Cleanliness, space, comfort, accessibility to town, activities, an entire resort service team who treats you like family, I could go on and on. Words can't describe how happy we were with this experience. Note: There are multiple safes available in the condo. When using the one in the master bathroom closet, be sure to reset the code or you will accidentally lock up your stuff like we did and need to call for help. The reset button is hidden on the inside back of the door near the hinge side. Hold the button in until the beep and smiley face appear on the front display. You can then enter your new code. I suggest testing with nothing in the safe first to be sure you got it right. :) Joe (the VRBO owner) and resort management were able to quickly resolve the problem for us. Other than this small self-inflicted problem, we had absolutely ZERO problems. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Cabo, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Villa La Estancia offers everything you need onsite with access to restaurants and groceries. The property is beautiful, and the service is incredible. The condo was incredible with lots of space, a fabulous view, and everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

We traveled with a group that chose Pueblo Bonito Rose and weren't sure what to expect, but it was a great location on the beach and a short walk to town, which is the best combo. The one-bedroom unit worked well for us with our teen sleeping on the sofa bed. The complex upgraded us to two bathrooms on arrival, which was very helpful since that is what we originally wanted. All rooms have a pool or ocean view and the facilities were also easy to use. The tennis court is lined for pickleball but still uses the tennis net (taller), fyi, and there is a well-equipped gym and yoga studio on the premises. The owner was easy to work with and connected us with a concierge in advance, although we opted to not do the all-inclusive since we wanted to try various restaurants in the area too. Since all patrons have to sign out the bill, it was no harder to not do all-inclusive. They are very strict about not allowing non-guests on the property unless signed in as a guest, which was peace of mind as kids and teens went off on their own. We would stay again.
