While the location is excellent, the property itself does not reflect the quality or condition depicted in the advertisement. Specifically, I noticed several issues that need addressing: the property is not well-maintained, with malfunctioning blinds, stained walls from wear, and a lack of essential amenities necessary for a comfortable long-term stay.Additionally, I encountered significant difficulties with the property management. There was an error in processing the security deposit. This error led to my credit card being canceled, causing considerable inconvenience. On the day of check-in, I was forced to exchange multiple WhatsApp messages with the management to resolve the situation, as they were unable to process the pending balance in a timely manner.These issues have significantly impacted my experience, and I believe they warrant your attention. I trust that steps will be taken to address these concerns for future guests.
