We loved our stay! Brian was really helpful prior to check in and the home is lovely. A great neighbourhood, two blocks from the centre of Douglas with all its lovely galleries and restaurants. The house is really well equipped, beautifully decorated and really comfortable - great beds, lovely linens, superb bathrooms and a pretty garden with an excellent hot tub. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, the wifi is really fast. But it's that unquantifiable feel... we were so at home and all the small touches really show what great hosts they are... the gift of two jars of gourmet ice cream toppings was a really lovely surprise. Everyone we met in the neighbourhood were so friendly! It's an easy, pretty, 30 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck but Douglas is so pretty we stayed homebound most of the time. We've rented all over the world and this is an absolute favourite, thank you.
