Forget the Eurotrip and check out these US towns named after European cities
Families looking to enjoy nature and take an off-the-beaten path “European” trip can do both without ever having to cross the Atlantic Ocean. We curated some of our favorite vacation homes in US towns that share a name with their more well-known European counterparts. From Milan, New York (located in the heart of the Catskills) to Florence, Colorado (situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains), most of these towns are also near lakes and mountains for an easy way to soak up the great outdoors.
